You can book via email, phone, online booking, or direct communication. Your booking becomes binding once we receive payment.
Your charter is confirmed when payment is received and we confirm the booking in writing (email/WhatsApp).
Day trips and short experiences are paid 100% upfront at booking.
Multi-day and training charters are paid:
50% at booking
50% no later than 4 weeks before charter start
Offers are typically valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise in writing.
If a payment deadline is missed, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation terms.
No. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Charter (overnight accommodation): 13% VAT
Services/extras (skipper, training, cleaning, provisioning, transfers): 25% VAT
Tourist tax: charged separately and not subject to VAT
No. Tourist tax is charged separately per person per night (where applicable for overnight charters).
Yes. We confirm the final payable amount before the charter begins.
The charter rental includes:
Yacht rental (as per inventory list)
Dinghy
Outboard engine
Standard safety equipment
Bedding and towels
Basic kitchen equipment and utensils
No. Skipper services are paid additionally, unless your written offer states otherwise. A skipper is mandatory for all trips.
No. Final cleaning is €150 per booking (exclusive of VAT) where applicable (typically for multi-day charters).
No. Beach towels are not included.
Common exclusions (unless agreed in writing) include:
Fuel (actual consumption)

Marina/port/mooring fees
Transfers

Yes. All yachts are offered exclusively with a mandatory skipper provided by the Company.
The skipper decides the route and can change the route/timing at any time for safety or operational reasons.
Yes—tell us your preferences. We’ll plan around your wishes where possible, but final decisions depend on weather, sea state, safety, and operational constraints.
Only if you book a training charter. On a standard leisure charter, the skipper is not obliged to provide instruction.
Legal capacity: 8 persons
Day trips: maximum 7 guests
Overnight charters: recommended maximum 4–5 guests for comfort
Yes, children can join. Children must be supervised at all times, and the skipper’s safety rules apply.
Please ask before booking. Pet approval depends on the specific charter plan, guest comfort, and safety considerations.

Day trip start/end times depend on your itinerary and are confirmed in writing.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is paid in cash before check-in.
The deposit is returned immediately at check-out, after inspection and deduction (if any) for damage, losses, broken/missing inventory, or unpaid costs.
If inventory/equipment is damaged, lost, broken, or missing, the cost will be charged to the Customer (typically deducted from the deposit, with additional payment if needed).
The key rules:
Follow skipper instructions at all times
Treat the yacht and equipment with care
Respect other guests and crew
Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Illegal drugs: strictly prohibited
Weapons/dangerous items: strictly prohibited
Intoxication that endangers safety: prohibited
If safety is compromised, the skipper/company can terminate the charter.
No swimming/diving near the propeller and follow skipper instructions for safe swim stops.
Yes. The Customer must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information for all guests via the Guest Information Form.
Yes. Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations in advance. Incorrect or missing information can lead to refusal of boarding, itinerary changes, or termination for safety reasons.
If you cancel and no replacement is found:
61+ days before charter: 30% of charter price retained
60–31 days before charter: 50% retained
30 days or less before charter: 100% retained
Extras are not included in cancellation fees.
The skipper decides if conditions are unsafe. Bad weather does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Where possible, we try to adjust the route/timing/itinerary.
Yes. The Company may cancel/terminate before or during the charter for safety, force majeure, technical issues, port authority restrictions, non-compliance with T&Cs, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Refund/reschedule/credit decisions are handled case-by-case, considering the reason and services already provided.
Yes. The vessel is insured in accordance with Croatian law.
Customer liability is generally limited to the security deposit, except in cases of gross negligence, intent, or non-reported damage.
No. The Company is not liable for personal belongings. Consider personal travel insurance.
Yes. Customers may arrange additional personal/travel insurance independently.
No. For leisure services booked for a specific date/period (like yacht charters), the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
Complaints must be submitted in writing at check-out. Complaints submitted after check-out cannot be considered.
